Architecturally and aesthetically merge multiple outdated legacy systems into a streamlined, modern platform. Introduce uniform user patterns, implement a new design system, and enhance UI development speed.
The strategy harnessed and amplified system-level functionalities—such as navigation, search, sorting, and filtering data—to replicate the full spectrum of application-level capabilities meticulously. This approach facilitated the development of a contemporary platform design, a uniform experience across all pre-existing applications, and consistent user interaction throughout the ecosystem.
The project led the development of a comprehensive Design System and an Angular-based component library, significantly streamlining and standardizing UI development processes. Documentation and high-fidelity toolkit provided a robust foundation for enhancing user interface design and development, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all future UI initiatives.

Process & Design
Given the complexity of the wealth management platform, managing Figma prototypes became cumbersome. Approved Figma components were developed within a CRM platform using Angular to streamline the process. This integration allowed seamless collaboration between design and front-end development teams. The CRM system served as the single source of truth, syncing with Figma and simplifying component integration for product developers. Moreover, it doubled as a user testing tool, enabling the CX Design team to focus on wireframes and new component development while maintaining continuity at the CRM level.

With a focus on enhancing user experience and streamlining the design process, this design system serves as a centralized repository of visual and functional components. It fosters consistency, efficiency, and scalability across various digital platforms, empowering designers and developers to create cohesive and impactful digital experiences. Through meticulous planning and collaborative efforts, this design system addresses the complexities of digital product design while facilitating innovation and creativity.
